Lawa (Malik Sadaqat Ali Khan): Deputy Commissioner Sara Hayat visited the under-construction Tehsil Headquarters Hospital in Lawa and conducted a detailed review of the ongoing construction work.

During the visit, the Sub-Divisional Officer (SDO) Buildings briefed the Deputy Commissioner that the remaining work related to electricity, installation of fans, painting, and other pending tasks would be completed within the next two weeks. Following completion of these works, the hospital would be ready for operationalization during August.

Deputy Commissioner Sara Hayat directed the concerned officers to ensure that the project is completed strictly according to the given timeline and warned that no further delay would be tolerated. She emphasized that modern healthcare facilities should be made available to the public as soon as possible.

Later, the progress of the road project connecting the hospital, which is being managed under the District Council, with the main highway was also reviewed. The Deputy Commissioner instructed officials to begin construction work immediately after completion of the tendering process and ensure its completion within the stipulated timeframe so that public access to the hospital could be further improved.
