Islamabad (Special Correspondent) Sarfraz Mughal, Chairman of the Mughal Organization Center Pakistan, congratulated Sardar Ilyas Khan, a prominent businessman and the father of Special Assistant to the Prime Minister on Tourism Sardar Yasir Ilyas, on being awarded a national honor.
