IG Islamabad issued directives to senior police officers to focus on improving administrative matters, better utilization of resources, and workforce-related issues.
According to details, an important meeting was held under the chairmanship of Inspector General of Police Islamabad Syed Ali Nasir Rizvi, attended by DIG Headquarters Muhammad Javad Tariq, AIG Logistics Muhammad Usman Tariq Butt, and SSP Investigation Suleman Zafar. The meeting conducted a detailed review of Islamabad Police’s administrative and operational matters, logistics support, utilization of available resources, and workforce-related issues. During the meeting, the relevant officers informed IG Islamabad about the performance of their departments, ongoing initiatives, and progress on various matters. At this occasion, a detailed discussion was also held regarding police needs, logistics facilities, availability of workforce, and further enhancement of operational capacity. IG Islamabad Syed Ali Nasir Rizvi directed to improve administrative matters, ensure effective and optimal use of available resources, and pay special attention to workforce-related issues. He stated that practical steps should be taken while effectively assessing the needs of resources and workforce to enhance the operational capacity of the police force. IG Islamabad instructed officers to carry out assigned responsibilities in a professional manner and to advance all administrative and operational matters effectively through mutual coordination. He emphasized that the proper use of available resources and a better administrative system play a crucial role in further improving the quality of policing. He reaffirmed the commitment to further enhance administrative, operational, and workforce-related measures to create a modern, effective, and robust police force in Islamabad, ensuring the provision of better and quality police services to citizens.
