Participation of political, social, religious, and business figures including Ishaq Dar and Hanif Abbasi 
Islamabad (City Reporter) The three-day annual Urs of the prominent spiritual leader Hazrat Shah Abdul Latif, known as Bari Imam, has concluded. The spiritually uplifting and grand closing ceremony took place in Noor Pur Shahan. A large number of devotees and visitors attended the event, which included political, social, religious, and business personalities. During the closing ceremony, the atmosphere at the shrine was filled with spiritual and religious devotion, and participants paid rich tributes to Hazrat Bari Imam. Among those present were Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Senator Muhammad Ishaq Dar, caretaker of the Bari Imam shrine and Baba Kalu Sarkar Raja Sarfraz Akram, Captain (R) Muhammad Safdar, Federal Minister for Railways Muhammad Hanif Abbasi, Anjum Aqeel Khan, Daniyal Chaudhry, Syed Ziaullah Shah, Syed Zeeshan Naqvi, Raja Hanif Advocate, Chaudhry Qamar, Raja Sohail, Allah Bakhsh Chaudhry, Abdul Majid, Waseem Abbas, Zamarud Khan, Qaiser Javed, Sohail Bhatti, Abdullah Gul, Amir Shahzad Khan, Faisal Khan, Raja Javed Ashraf, Chaudhry Wajid Ayub, Dr. Riaz Shahbaz Janjua, Raja Imtiaz Janjua, Dr. Raja Asif Janjua, Malik Iftikhar Ahmed, Shafique Uddin, Qari Obaidur Rahman Satti, Umar Farooq Qudoosi, Syed Bashir Shah, Raja Shahzad Janjua, Dr. Haider Janjua, Abdullah Janjua, Raja Muhammad Ayaz, Ehsan-ul-Haq Mian, Colonel Inam Rabbani, and General (R) Abdul Janjua (Star of Excellence), among other important personalities. The three-day annual Urs of Hazrat Bari Imam took place from August 15 to 17, attracting a large number of visitors from across the country. Special security arrangements were made by the police and administration in the shrine and surrounding areas for the safety and convenience of the visitors throughout the three days of the Urs. The administration and relevant agencies ensured the provision of basic facilities such as free food, parking, security, traffic management, and cleanliness, so that devotees coming from various regions of the country faced no difficulties. During the closing ceremony, scholars and religious figures highlighted the teachings, spiritual services, and messages of humanity, love, tolerance, and brotherhood of Hazrat Bari Imam. The speakers emphasized that the teachings of the saints are a means to promote peace, love, tolerance, and fraternity in society, and we should incorporate their messages into our practical lives. At the conclusion of the ceremony, special prayers were offered for the safety, development, and prosperity of the country and nation, the stability of Pakistan, the unity of the Muslim Ummah, mutual brotherhood, and sustainable peace and stability in the region. Participants expressed good wishes for the country’s development, prosperity, and peace, and praised the efforts of the administration and security agencies for the successful organization of the Urs.
