Islamabad (Crime Reporter) An important meeting was held under the chairmanship of SSP Operations Islamabad Qazi Ali Raza. The meeting was attended by SSP Investigation Suleman Zafar, SP Capital Patrol, zonal SPs, circle SDPOs, and all relevant SHOs. According to details, during the meeting chaired by SSP Operations Islamabad, various important issues were reviewed in detail, including the law and order situation in the city, the ongoing crackdown against drug dealers, regular inspections of police stations, SIPS protocol, effective checking at checkpoints, the patrolling system, and under-construction police stations. Officers briefed the SSP Operations on crime prevention, the law and order situation, ongoing operations, and policing measures in their respective areas. The performance of various departments and the challenges faced in the field were also assessed. SSP Operations Qazi Ali Raza directed to further expedite and enhance actions against drug dealers and other criminal elements, stating that field policing should be strengthened to prevent crime, and actions against criminals should continue without discrimination. He also instructed to ensure regular inspections of all police stations, effective checking of suspicious individuals, vehicles, and motorcycles at checkpoints, to make patrolling more active, and to maintain an effective security and surveillance system at sensitive locations. SSP Operations directed that the work on under-construction police stations under the SIPS protocol be completed soon according to the specified standards, ensuring better facilities for citizens and police officers and personnel in police stations. He instructed officers to ensure timely resolution of citizens’ complaints, provision of better police services, and to maintain a courteous and professional demeanor with the public at all times. Officers should continue practical measures for crime prevention through effective monitoring and field oversight in their respective areas. SSP Operations Islamabad Qazi Ali Raza stated that the protection of citizens’ lives and property, the supremacy of law, and the establishment of law and order are the top priorities of Islamabad Police. All available resources are being utilized to prevent crime and provide a safe environment for citizens, and efforts to make the policing system more effective will continue.
