Inspections of 133 houses, 30 shops, 170 motorcycles, and 48 vehicles; 6 suspicious individuals and 18 motorcycles transferred for further investigation

Islamabad (Crime Reporter) Under the special instructions of IG Islamabad Syed Ali Nasir Rizvi, the Islamabad Police is continuing its series of grand search and combing operations in various areas to combat crime and suppress criminal elements in the federal capital. During the search operations conducted under the supervision of zonal SPs, 323 individuals, 133 houses, 30 shops, 170 motorcycles, and 48 vehicles were checked, while 6 suspicious individuals and 18 motorcycles were transferred to various police stations for further investigation. According to the police, the purpose of the search and combing operations is to tighten the noose around criminal elements and enhance security in the federal capital. The series of search operations in various areas is being carried out continuously. SSP Operations Islamabad Qazi Ali Raza stated that the Islamabad Police is conducting indiscriminate actions against criminal elements, land grabbers, and drug dealers, utilizing all available resources to ensure the protection of citizens’ lives and property and to maintain law and order in the city. He appealed to citizens to immediately report any suspicious activity or individual to the relevant police station or the emergency help line at 15, so that crime prevention can be ensured through mutual cooperation between the police and the public.
