Walking through the Yanshan University campus, one immediately notices the harmony between modern infrastructure and the natural environment. Coming from Pakistan, studying in China has broadened my understanding of sustainable development and shown me how education can inspire positive social change. The university’s multicultural learning environment allows students from different countries to exchange ideas, learn from one another, and work toward common goals that benefit society as a whole.

My own academic research focuses on the impact of artificial intelligence on human resource management performance. Although my field differs from environmental science, I have come to realize that sustainability extends beyond protecting natural resources. It also involves developing innovative technologies, responsible organizations, and inclusive workplaces that contribute to long-term economic and social well-being. Studying at Yanshan University has strengthened my belief that sustainable development requires interdisciplinary thinking, where technology, management, economics, and environmental responsibility work together to build a better future.
