Tarabala Ghazi (Correspondent) – Dr. Malik Afzal Ahmed, the former president of Pakistan Peoples Party Ghazi Tehsil and a political and social figure, stated that the long-standing demand of the people of Hazara for a separate province should be fulfilled. The establishment of new provinces is a pressing need for the administrative requirements of the country and to provide better facilities to the people. He emphasized that the demand for the Hazara province is not based on linguistic or ethnic biases but is aimed at improving administrative, economic, and public facilities. The people of Hazara Division have been demanding the establishment of a separate province for a long time, which the federal and provincial governments should seriously consider. Dr. Malik Afzal Ahmed noted that the creation of new provinces would bring powers closer to the people, accelerate development in underdeveloped areas, and prevent the public from having to travel long distances to resolve their issues. He called for advancing the matter of establishing the Hazara province and other new provinces through constitutional and democratic procedures, free from political interests, in the national and public interest.
