Rawalpindi (Special Correspondent) A ceremony was organized by senior Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz leader Hamid Shah in connection with Pakistan Defense Day, attended by Senator Nasir Butt, Sajjad Khan, former Tehsil Nazim Rawalpindi, Hafiz Muhammad Abdullah Butt, Sheikh Arsalan Hafeez, Mirza Mansoor Baig, Sardar Tariq, former NA-55 candidate Malik Sultan, former Deputy Mayor Sheikh Tanveer, and other Muslim League leaders. They joined hands in a show of solidarity and paid a magnificent tribute to the martyrs of September 6, 1965. In their speeches, Senator Nasir Mahmood Butt, Sajjad Khan, Hamid Shah, Sheikh Arsalan Hafeez, Mirza Mansoor Baig, Sardar Tariq, Malik Sultan Mahmood, and Tanveer Akhtar Sheikh stated that the Pakistan Army and the nation have always thwarted the nefarious designs of the enemy. They emphasized that the martyrs are the pride of our forehead, and their sacrifices will always be remembered.
