Daud Khel (Zia Niazi) – Under the directive of Deputy Commissioner Shahid Abbas Khatia and the supervision of District Food Controller Khadim Hussain Faraz, the Food Department of Mianwali continues its actions against elements involved in the illegal transportation of wheat and flour. Two FIRs have been registered at the Daud Khel police station against those involved in flour smuggling. According to details, two truck drivers, a flour mill owner, and adda managers were apprehended during the illegal transportation of flour two days ago at Daud Khel. Cases have been filed by the Food Department of Mianwali at the Daud Khel police station, while over 68 tons of seized flour was auctioned at government rates, with the proceeds of 7,575,700 rupees deposited into the government treasury.
