Mohsin Naqvi’s Surprise Visit to CDA Facilitation Center, Orders Strong Action Against Agents

The Interior Minister expressed dissatisfaction over long queues, crowds, and citizens’ waiting times, directing the establishment of new counters and the complete digitization of the facilitation center.

Islamabad (Izhhar Khan Niazi) – Federal Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi made a surprise visit to the CDA Facilitation Center and directly inquired about the issues faced by citizens present there. The Interior Minister took strict notice of the presence of agents at the facilitation center and ordered strong action against them.

Mohsin Naqvi made it clear that no agents should be visible at the facilitation center. He instructed the relevant authorities to ensure that citizens do not face any difficulties in obtaining services and to completely eliminate the role of agents.

The Interior Minister also visited the senior citizen counter and directed that the issues of elderly citizens be resolved immediately. He expressed dissatisfaction over the long queues, crowds, and lengthy waiting times for citizens at the counters, stating that the facilitation center should provide the best possible service to the citizens.

The Interior Minister also issued orders for the renovation of the building and the establishment of new counters. He directed that the system of the facilitation center be fully digitized to enable immediate and transparent solutions to issues.

On this occasion, citizens informed the Federal Interior Minister that the facilitation center’s system is still manual and has not been fully digitized, while they have to repeatedly visit the center due to the non-provision of necessary documents by the specified date.

Federal Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi issued necessary orders to the relevant authorities on the spot to address the citizens’ issues. He stated that the provision of better and timely services to the public must be ensured, and citizens should not face unnecessary waiting and difficulties.

Mohsin Naqvi instructed that the provision of documents by the specified date must be ensured and that immediate and transparent solutions to citizens’ issues be made possible through the digital system.

The Federal Interior Minister assured citizens that noticeable improvements in the facilities and system of the facilitation center would be evident within a month.
