Murray (Crime Reporter) The Anti-Corruption department of the Rawalpindi region has arrested Forest Officer Hasrat in Murray for allegedly receiving a bribe. According to anti-corruption sources, during a trap raid, 15,000 rupees in alleged bribe money was recovered from the forest officer. Sources indicate that after the operation, FIR number 08/26 was registered at the Anti-Corruption Police Station Rawalpindi on September 7, 2026, and further investigation into the incident is ongoing. Anti-corruption officials have indicated that they will continue their operations against alleged corruption in Murray. Citizens have welcomed effective actions against corruption and demanded that indiscriminate actions be taken to eliminate corruption in government institutions.
