Rawalpindi: (Syed Shahid Waheed Hashmi) Commissioner Salman Ghani stated that the game-changing Ring Road project for Rawalpindi has entered its completion phase, with 99% of the work completed. Efforts are ongoing to complete the remaining work soon and open it for the public. He mentioned that the pace and quality of the ongoing work on the Ring Road project are being continuously monitored, and review meetings are being held on a daily basis. These meetings involve a detailed assessment of the progress on various sections of the project, with necessary instructions being issued to the relevant officials. Salman Ghani directed that the remaining work on the project be completed swiftly according to the set standards so that the Ring Road can be opened for traffic as soon as possible, providing travel facilities to citizens and alleviating traffic pressure in the city.
