Islamabad (News Reporter) The three-day Emotional Intelligence training program successfully concluded at the National Center for Research and Development, Establishment Division, Islamabad. Hafiz Muhammad Irfan, Deputy Director of Public Relations at the Rawalpindi Development Authority, participated in the training program. Upon successful completion of the program, the Director General of the National Center for Research and Development, Israr Muhammad Khan, awarded a participation certificate to Hafiz Muhammad Irfan. The aim of the training program was to further enhance the professional skills, emotional intelligence, leadership, interpersonal relations, and effective decision-making abilities of the officers.
